Job description
Role Overview
As a Cleaner at Juniper Gardens, your contribution will be vital in promoting a healthy and pleasant living environment for our tenants. Your attention to detail combined with a friendly demeanor can brighten anyone’s day, supporting the well-being of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully maintain cleanliness of entrances and hallways.
- Perform comprehensive monthly cleaning tasks including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards.
- Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to assess and provide cleaning cost estimates.
- Carry out minor repair tasks such as painting and changing light bulbs as necessary.
- Assist in upkeep of building exterior maintenance.
- Carry out any other cleaning or maintenance duties assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Familiarity with a range of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
- Basic proficiency with computer operations.
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple sites as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.60 to $22.00, dependent on individual skill, education, and experience. Employees are entitled to participate in a comprehensive benefits program which includes:
