Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Cleaners to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Full-time roles are available with weekday shifts. Compensation follows the applicable cleaning award rates.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:54 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial cleaning to high standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum flooring thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities and restrooms.
- Collect, manage, and dispose of waste properly.
- Spot clean furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces when required.
- Dust and sanitize surfaces regularly.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude complemented by strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Dependable with punctuality and dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts when necessary.
- Experience with floor cleaning machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is highly advantageous.
