About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards as outlined by management. This role involves proper handling and maintenance of cleaning equipment, fostering positive client relationships on site, addressing queries and complaints promptly, and performing additional reasonable duties assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards as directed by management.
- Operate and care for cleaning equipment responsibly.
- Cultivate and sustain good rapport with clients at contract locations.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to any queries or complaints that arise.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks allocated by management.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in cleaning duties, comfortable with manual cleaning tasks.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Capability to collaborate within a team and work independently when needed.
