Role Overview
We are seeking full-time Cleaners to join our facilities teams providing services in a high-security Government Services environment in London. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining hygienic and safe spaces for clients and customers as part of a 35-hour workweek commitment. Due to the secure nature of the location, all applicants must be sole British citizens who have resided continuously in the UK for at least 10 years and must not have been outside the UK for more than two months at any time during the past three years. Candidates must be DV cleared or capable of achieving DV security clearance.
Primary Duties
- Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to sustain clean, safe, and sanitary environments in designated areas.
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming to high standards.
- Regularly sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and other frequently touched points.
- Promptly and effectively address spillages and other cleaning needs.
- Dispose of waste by emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable and motivated to engage in hands-on cleaning responsibilities.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates flexibility regarding work schedules and duties.
