Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Cleaners passionate about cleanliness and exceptional guest service. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, either independently or collaboratively with team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing the visitor experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute general cleaning duties across industrial and office environments.
• Operate industrial cleaning machinery effectively and safely.
• Handle detergents and solvents in alignment with safety protocols.
• Adhere to source separation processes for waste management.
• Maintain cleanliness standards during all assigned shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in industrial and office cleaning settings.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence (G or G2) is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and uphold a valid AGCO licence.
• Capacity to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Strong understanding of WHMIS and health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in English for reading, comprehension, and communication.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Additional Information

This position is a replacement role. Compensation is $22.12 per hour during the probation period and increases to $22.87 per hour after probation.
