Role Responsibilities

The Cleaner will carry out routine and detailed cleaning duties in accordance with company guidelines and client expectations. Daily tasks involve dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash bins, and maintaining shared spaces. The position requires adherence to cleaning checklists, safe usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, reporting any maintenance problems or safety concerns, and following health and safety protocols. Cleaners must maintain professional communication with the scheduling team, document completed tasks, and respect client privacy and property. Although this is a remote role, it may require independent travel to client sites while managing schedules and assignments remotely.

Candidate Requirements

• Competence in a variety of cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and waste disposal.
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Understanding of safe handling and application of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and basic health and safety measures.
• Strong time management abilities including punctuality, task prioritization, and following structured checklists.
• Effective and respectful communication skills to coordinate schedules remotely and liaise professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage several assignments simultaneously, and act professionally in varied residential and commercial settings.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and conduct repetitive cleaning duties throughout the work period.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided.
• Availability of reliable transportation and ownership of a smartphone or comparable device for remote coordination and work updates.
