Responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries and collections of shipments arriving and departing.
• Conduct on-road audits and ensure accurate submission of shipping documents.
• Manage cash and cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments on a daily basis.
• Recognize service-related issues promptly and suggest solutions to supervisors.
• Generate potential sales leads.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned periodically.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license; having a Class 4 license is advantageous.
• Preferable to have good knowledge of Singapore's road network for efficient package delivery and collection across the island.
• Physically capable of lifting and lowering packages weighing up to 35 kg from rollers, conveyors, and pallets to the vehicle.
• Willingness to climb stairs when accessing customer premises.
• Secondary education or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with English-speaking customers.
• Friendly, courteous personality with enjoyment in customer interactions.
• Company vehicle must not be driven home; flexible to work additional hours when required.
• Expected to work 5.5 days per week.
