Position Overview
Jagtap Horticulture, a division of Lansol – Landscape Solutions specializing in landscape design and development, is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor. This role is critical in overseeing site execution and ensuring the successful delivery of civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil execution activities on site, including labor oversight.
- Plan work schedules diligently to meet project timelines.
- Verify measurements and perform quantity checks to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing progress and challenges.
- Interpret and comprehend construction drawings effectively.
- Implement and uphold site safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess 3 to 5 years of practical experience in civil site execution and supervision.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (B.Tech / B.E. in Civil) is required.
