About the Role
ARC Associates, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), is actively seeking a Civil Engineer skilled in estimation and quantity surveying. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing detailed estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quantity calculations. A solid understanding of construction processes and associated rate structures is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate project estimates and perform quantity surveying tasks.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and calculate material and work quantities.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and rate determination during project planning and execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the civil engineering field, particularly in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Strong familiarity with construction work procedures and cost rates.
