Civil Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a committed Civil Engineer to manage activities on the construction site in Delhi NCR. The role involves overseeing construction operations, coordinating with involved parties, and ensuring the project adheres to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all construction tasks at the project location.
• Guarantee that work complies with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants for smooth project flow.
• Perform site inspections and conduct quality assurance checks.
• Compile progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Track material usage and maintain detailed site records.
• Implement safety and company regulation compliance on site.
• Address technical challenges encountered during construction.
• Confirm measurements and prepare contractor/vendor payment bills.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost management efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Sound understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality benchmarks.
• Working experience with AutoCAD, MS Office suite, and project management applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and working independently.

Preferred Competencies

• Expertise in site execution and supervision.
• Experience with quantity surveying.
• Familiarity with billing and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of quality control practices.
• Project coordination skills.
