Job description
About the Role
This position is in the civil engineering branch, focusing on structural design and modeling aligned with architectural plans. Candidates should have foundational computer skills and familiarize themselves with essential software tools for design and visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess architectural drawings obtained from clients for accuracy and completeness.
- Create models of structural components such as walls, beams, and floor areas following applicable standards.
- Develop structural designs and calculate load distributions based on the architectural schematics.
- Design the overall building structures ensuring structural integrity and compliance.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and spreadsheet software.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
- Familiarity with Revit software for building information modeling.
- Understanding of 3D visualization tools to aid in structural presentations.
Remuneration
The role offers a monthly stipend ranging between 12,000 and 14,000 INR.
