Position Overview

The role of the CID Operator at Aloft Abu Dhabi involves more than routine guest check-in and check-out procedures. The individual will be responsible for tasks such as operational processing, responding to guest requests, generating reports, sharing local attractions, and assisting with vehicle and luggage handling.
