Role Overview

Seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the strategic direction, operational oversight, commercial expansion, and financial health of a premier Facilities Management enterprise based in Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the comprehensive business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end facilities management operations, ensuring superior service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion business development efforts, manage key client accounts and identify significant contract prospects.
• Manage financial outcomes including budgeting, profitability, and expense control measures.
• Forge and sustain strong partnerships with pivotal clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
• Lead organizational development with a focus on talent acquisition, leadership cultivation, and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards, along with all contractual obligations.
• Explore new market segments to broaden the company’s facilities management service offerings.
• Communicate business performance, risks, and strategic plans promptly to the Board of Directors.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 15 years of pertinent industry experience, predominantly in Facilities Management, Property Management, or aligned sectors, with substantial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability managing extensive FM operations and major contracts.
• Solid expertise in commercial operations and profit & loss management.
• Proven success in driving business expansion, securing clients, and managing contractual agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi facilities management market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplines; an MBA is advantageous.
