About Talod Food Products

Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard chemical and physical evaluations on raw flour and instant premix samples.
- Guarantee compliance with FSSAI regulations and adherence to laboratory safety standard operating procedures.
- Track moisture levels, particle size distribution, and stability over shelf life to ensure product quality.
- Conduct regular calibration of laboratory instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure consistency across production batches through thorough monitoring and testing.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor of Science degree in any specialization;
- Or ITI certification as a Laboratory Assistant focusing on chemical plants;
- Or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in any specialization.
