Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to craft menus.
• Handle daily mis-en-place and food production across various kitchen sections.
• Maintain adequate supply levels at cooking stations.
• Prepare frequently used ingredients such as vegetables and spices.
• Follow directions from executive or sous chefs and contribute ideas for new dish presentations.
• Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff in food preparation and assist in organizing buffets and special events.
• Focus on streamlining cooking operations while ensuring quality and speed.
• Apply rigorous health and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Promote a cooperative, positive working atmosphere among kitchen staff.

Experience and Requirements

• Must have prior experience working in a large luxury hotel with over 500 rooms.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening operations is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated previous role as a Chef De Partie.
• Strong active listening and communication capabilities.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
