Job Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and quality-focused individual to fulfill the role of Chef de Partie at the Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott in Munich City East. This responsible position involves independently managing your station within the kitchen and ensuring consistently high standards in food quality alongside your team. Your culinary skills, passion for food, and organizational abilities will significantly shape the gastronomic offerings of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead a kitchen station, collaborating closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen staff.
• Ensure top-quality preparation and presentation of dishes while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols according to HACCP standards.
• Monitor adherence to recipes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Contribute proactively to enhancing the culinary quality of our offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed professional training as a cook or chef with experience in a comparable role.
• Strong passion for gourmet cuisine and a committed focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.
• Team-oriented mindset, capable of handling kitchen pressures with flexibility.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene and kitchen standards.
