Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about culinary excellence, innovation, and leadership. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and innovative menu creations.
  • Manage culinary operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards.
  • Collaborate in creating unique, memorable dishes using local ingredients.
  • Maintain engagement with guests and team members to enhance overall experience.
  • Support financial performance through effective kitchen management and cost control.
  • Adapt to the demands of a round-the-clock culinary operation.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team and guest engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work within a 24-hour operational framework.
