About the Role

Join the distinguished culinary team at Sheen Falls Lodge, an esteemed 2 Michelin Keys Hotel and member of Relais & Chateaux, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a qualified Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to contribute to our kitchen's excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food to the highest standards consistently during afternoon and evening services.
• Maintain awareness and adherence to all food preparation standards at all times.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet our premium expectations.
• Follow and monitor food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines.
• Provide support in other kitchen sections as required.

Requirements

You should hold appropriate culinary qualifications and possess at least 2 years of experience in similar hotel or restaurant environments. Demonstrated passion for food, comprehensive food knowledge, and proficient cooking skills are essential. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills further under the mentorship of the Head Chef.
