Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to become an integral part of our dynamic culinary team at Oblix. This role involves supporting senior chefs, motivating the brigade, and ensuring that every dish prepared showcases the high standards of creativity, accuracy, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience. The successful candidate will be hands-on, able to excel in a fast-paced setting, and contribute professionally and energetically to the team, helping to deliver exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.

• Assist senior chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation

Experience and Qualities Required

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-caliber, fast-paced restaurant setting
• A keen willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Exceptional focus on detail and quality
• Strong multitasking capabilities and efficient prioritization
