About the Role
Magnum Environment Management Private Limited is seeking dedicated Chat Support Executives to join their Bhopal office team. This full-time position focuses on delivering excellent support to customers through chat and digital channels, requiring strong communication abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and professionalism in handling queries.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers promptly via chat and other digital communication platforms.
- Comprehend customer issues accurately and provide precise information along with suitable solutions.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service.
- Resolve customer concerns within specified turnaround times, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain courteous, professional, and positive communication at all times.
- Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions thoroughly into company systems.
- Adhere to organizational policies, quality standards, and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments to effectively address customer problems.
- Follow up to ensure unresolved issues are fully closed.
- Handle customer data and requests with accuracy.
- Meet targets related to productivity, quality, response speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to work during rotational or night shifts aligned with business needs.
Eligibility and Skills
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with internet and digital platforms.
- Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to work from Magnum's Bhopal office.
Compensation and Additional Details
- Starting salary for freshers: ₹13,000 plus a ₹1,000 allowance.
- Experienced candidates start at ₹14,000 plus a ₹1,000 allowance.
- Salary reviews take place after the first 6 months and again after one year.
- An additional night shift allowance is applicable when working night hours.
Work Location
This role requires on-site presence at Magnum Group's office located at Ground Floor, Chinar Incube Business Center, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal.
