Chartered Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance review, and reporting in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver MIS reports, KPI dashboards, management reports, and ongoing rolling forecasts for senior leadership assessments.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to enhance business growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Facilitate financial consolidation, ensure adherence to accounting policies, and assist in investor reporting and audits—both internal and external.
• Liaise with Finance and other functional teams on new transactions, accounting impacts, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee plant-level management reporting and performance evaluation across operations within India.
• Utilize SAP and MIS tools extensively for data analysis, report generation, automation of dashboards, and tracking financial performance metrics.
• Contribute to regional and group project initiatives and support ad-hoc management requests as necessary.
