Channel Relationship Manager

About the Role

Brindavanam Enterprise, a firm specializing in Financial Solutions based in Coimbatore, India, is seeking a Channel Relationship Manager (CRM) to cultivate and manage partnerships with external channels that contribute business opportunities to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new channel partners by identifying suitable candidates and explaining the product offerings and commission structures.
• Onboard and familiarize partners including DSA loan agents, business referral associates, chartered accountants, financial consultants, brokers, dealers, merchants, and other customer referral entities.
• Maintain consistent communication with all partners to resolve issues and keep them informed about products, eligibility criteria, and procedural updates.
• Drive business growth by motivating partners to submit qualified leads, following up diligently, and tracking the application to conversion process.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance including the number of leads generated, applications submitted, approvals obtained, disbursements completed, conversion rates, and revenue produced by each partner.

Distinct Role Clarification

Unlike a Sales Manager who concentrates primarily on closing sales, the Channel Relationship Manager focuses on cultivating and managing the external network responsible for lead generation and customer referrals.
