About Think
Think AI is committed to drastically improving the efficiency of computing by integrating hardware and software innovatively. Founded in Riyadh in 2025, they address the issue of costly silicon that is underutilized due to software that can't fully leverage it. At Think, the machine and its orchestration are developed in-house to unlock this potential.
Mission: Transform AI infrastructure starting from silicon, building the world's most efficient compute platform by enabling hardware and software to evolve together to maximize intelligence.
Core Values:
- Ownership (مسؤولية): Take full responsibility for outcomes beyond tasks; prioritize mission and resourcefulness.
- Agility (مرونة): Operate with speed, ship quickly, embrace iterative development, and commit after debates.
- Impact (أثر): Focus on customer-centric results, think ambitiously while executing simply, value outcomes over activity.
- Mastery (إتقان): Pursue deep expertise to solve difficult problems with excellence.
Role Overview
This is a foundational role focused on establishing and developing the partner channel consisting of resellers, integrators, and consultancies that will extend Think AI's reach into new client accounts. It is a growth and creation role rather than management of an existing channel.

- Develop commercial structures including margins, deal registration, tiering, and engagement guidelines.
- Provide partners with necessary enablement such as technical training, product positioning, and competitor analysis materials.
- Collaborate on joint sales pipelines and ensure partners deliver results.
- Represent channel requirements internally, liaising with product and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six years in channel or partner management within enterprise technology sectors.
- Experience in building a partner channel from the ground up rather than inheriting one.
- Strong understanding and comfort with partner financial models and negotiating partner economics.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
Preferred Attributes
- Established relationships with partners across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- Background in hardware or infrastructure-related channel management.
- Experience in initiating partner programs from scratch.
Benefits and Offers
- Be part of one of the earliest deep tech ventures in the region, developing core technology internally.
- Opportunities for meaningful ownership and substantial impact at an early company stage.
- Competitive remuneration suited to early-stage startups.
- Close work with a compact, highly experienced senior leadership team.
- Engagement with complex challenges at the intersection of hardware, systems, and AI at scale.
