Role Overview

The Change Management Lead will spearhead efforts to facilitate the adoption of new architecture practices, tools, and processes across the organization, while ensuring key stakeholders stay well informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for the enterprise architecture practice.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across various departments to foster collaboration and buy-in.
• Design and conduct training sessions, awareness programs, and implement adoption metrics.
• Create newsletters, briefings, and communications tailored for executives.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least six years of experience in change management or organizational communications related to technology initiatives.
• Possession of certifications such as Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven competence in collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
