Change & Adoption Specialist

Role Overview

We seek a Change & Adoption Specialist to drive strategic and transformation efforts across the organization by ensuring the smooth implementation and effective uptake of new processes, systems, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute change management and adoption strategies aligned with key initiatives.
• Evaluate the organizational impact and readiness for upcoming changes.
• Formulate stakeholder engagement and communication plans to enhance buy-in.
• Organize training sessions, awareness campaigns, and adoption activities to facilitate transition.
• Detect obstacles such as resistance to change and help devise solutions to overcome them.
• Establish adoption key performance indicators and track implementation progress.
• Assist leadership and teams in integrating new working methods into daily routines.
• Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, converting it into actionable enhancements.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm the longevity of changes.

Required Qualifications

• Between five to eight years' experience in change management, transformation, organizational development, or strategy execution roles.
• Proven history of contributing to organization-wide transformation projects.
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively.
• Experience conducting change impact analyses and formulating adoption strategies.
• Competence in project management and facilitation techniques.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and hierarchical levels within an organization.
