Role Overview

As an Account Manager at TMGM, you will focus primarily on boosting sales of TMGM's product offerings and delivering excellent service to clients via multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM’s range of products and services to achieve sales growth.
• Independently utilize strong sales skills to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and trust-building.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Work diligently to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Enhance your understanding of financial markets, the FX sector, and TMGM’s platforms and products continuously.
• Contribute actively to personal and team performance metrics aiming at overall organizational success.

Candidate Profile

• Must possess a minimum of one year experience in the Forex industry or have relevant exposure to customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, call center support, or consultancy.
• Ability and willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls and connect with a diverse customer base.
• Strong communication capabilities, with fluency in English mandatory and additional proficiency in Mandarin preferred; knowledge of other Asian languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills to handle challenges confidently.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and persistent, eager to develop a successful career in the Forex trading sector.
• Effective at tailoring communication styles to different audiences to maximize engagement.
