Role Overview

This role, based in Toowoomba or the greater Darling Downs area, involves preparing precise and comprehensive residential valuation reports across a diverse property market. It requires meeting client deadlines and expectations while handling business development and achieving set personal targets. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering productive relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification
• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation with substantial residential valuation experience
• Meticulous attention to detail including excellent analytical and report-writing capabilities
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication skills
