Role Overview
We are inviting a qualified Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), or Registered Practising Valuer (RPV), to join our team to support major governmental projects and contracts. This position entails preparing detailed and punctual property valuations across multiple asset types, including residential, commercial, and specialised properties for local, state, and federal government stakeholders.
The role demands excellent communication abilities to ensure effective client interactions and timely project completion, along with the capability to manage business growth and meet individual annual targets.
Candidate Profile
We seek a dedicated professional with advanced valuation expertise complemented by outstanding communication and business development talents. Key attributes and qualifications include:
- A degree in Business (Property) or comparable qualification
- Certified Practising Valuer accreditation (RPV accepted) with substantial experience in governmental valuation settings; commercial valuation exposure is advantageous but not required
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong report writing, and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional client service skills and effective stakeholder communication
