Position Overview
We are inviting a qualified Certified Practising Valuer to join our Sydney team, supporting major projects and contracts primarily with Local, State, and Federal Government clients. This role involves preparing and delivering high-quality valuation reports on a variety of property types including residential, commercial, and specialized assets. Strong communication capabilities are essential to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction, alongside managing business opportunities and achieving personal financial targets.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Business with a focus on Property or holds similar qualifications.
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation required; Registered Property Valuer (RPV) status will also be considered.
- Significant experience in government property valuation, with commercial valuation exposure considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong report writing and analytical expertise.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
