Role Overview

We are seeking a certified and experienced Dog Groomer to join our mobile grooming team in Riyadh. This role involves delivering professional grooming in a fully equipped mobile grooming van with strict adherence to animal welfare, hygiene, safety, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pet grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, clipping, scissoring, breed-specific styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene maintenance.
• Evaluate each dog's coat, skin, temperament, and grooming needs before starting the service.
• Handle dogs calmly, safely, and humanely throughout grooming.
• Engage clients to understand grooming preferences and offer post-grooming care suggestions.
• Spot and report any visible skin, coat, ear, or related health issues, avoiding veterinary diagnosis.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect grooming tools, the van, table, bathtub, and equipment between clients.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and services provided.
• Monitor inventory of grooming supplies and communicate restocking or maintenance needs.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures, safety protocols, and appointment timing.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients as a representative of The Paw Concept.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possession of a recognized professional certification in dog grooming.
• Demonstrated experience providing professional grooming services.
• Expertise in clipping, scissoring, styling, and breed-specific grooming techniques.
• Capability to groom various breeds, sizes, coat types, ages, and temperaments.
• Strong knowledge of canine behavior, safe handling, hygiene standards, and animal welfare considerations.
• Ability to work independently within a mobile grooming environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, well-organized, punctual, with acute attention to detail.
• English communication proficiency is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Submission of a portfolio or photographs showcasing previous grooming work is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Valid driving license essential.
