Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining various CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring robust security setups for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up IP and analog CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, monitors, and associated hardware.
- Handle all aspects of CCTV cabling including termination, testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Configure network parameters like IP addresses, verify connectivity, and enable remote camera access.
- Identify and resolve problems related to cameras, power supplies, transmission, and recording devices.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and thorough system inspections to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure cameras are correctly positioned to maximize coverage and image clarity.
- Document installation processes, maintain service logs, and track equipment details meticulously.
- Liaise effectively with clients and onsite teams during installations and maintenance work.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company standards throughout all tasks.
- Provide prompt troubleshooting support and respond to service requests efficiently.
Additional Knowledge
Familiarity with basic networking concepts including LAN configurations, network switches, and structured cabling is desirable.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges from 15,000 to 35,000 INR.
