CCTV Technician

Job Overview

Ain Technologies India Private Limited is seeking a dedicated CCTV Technician for Greenstar Electronics. The selected individual will carry out tasks related to installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems, along with providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure CCTV cameras along with complete surveillance systems.
• Install and configure DVR/NVR devices essential for video recording and management.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, wiring, power supplies, and network connectivity.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure continual CCTV system performance.
• Travel to client sites for installations and servicing requirements.
• Ensure cables are routed properly and installations are tidy and professional.
• Deliver technical assistance and support to customers as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working as a CCTV Technician is favored but not mandatory.
• Understanding of CCTV equipment, DVR/NVR systems, networking basics, and fundamental electrical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Communication skills that facilitate positive customer interactions and support.
• Entry-level candidates with appropriate technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
