Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced dealer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will confidently and professionally manage live table games, ensuring fairness and engaging our guests to create memorable experiences. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that demands sharp attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live table games with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain fairness and integrity of the games at all times.
- Deliver excellent guest service to enhance their casino experience.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain high energy on the floor.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dealer, holding a Private Hire Licence (PFL).
- Strong knowledge of various table games.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for excellent guest interaction.
- Must be 18 years or older and have legal authorization to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.
