Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every customer in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Efficiently manage all purchase transactions, including deactivating merchandise under the EAS Program.
• Promote Walmart's sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charity initiatives.
• Aid customers by bagging and loading their purchases.
• Adhere to safe working practices, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy work area.
• Safeguard register security and cash handling following company policies and stay alert to surroundings.
• Direct customers to a Customer Service Manager when specific service or transactional questions arise.
• Receive cross-training to operate Self-Checkout (SCO) systems.
