Overview

Join as a Cashier in Kamloops, British Columbia, at a fast-food restaurant operated by The McMurray Group, working either permanent full-time or part-time schedules. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend hours, with up to 40 hours per week. English language proficiency is required.

Compensation and Advancement

Starting wages range from $18.35 to $19.35 per hour depending on training and role advancement, offering clear progression through various levels: New Hire, Fully Trained, Advanced, Cross-Trained, and Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and accurately process orders and payments via POS systems.
• Provide menu information and deliver correct orders with excellent customer service.
• Support food preparation and service during busy times to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock items in fridges, cupboards, and workstations.
• Ensure dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Contribute flexibly by helping in various areas to ensure smooth shift operation.
