Cashier & Kitchen Helper

Role Overview

This position integrates customer service and kitchen support duties, requiring flexibility in handling orders, aiding customers, assisting kitchen operations, and ensuring smooth daily functioning.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and manage order logistics, including deliveries and pickups.
• Provide customer assistance promptly to maintain a friendly and efficient ordering experience through our systems.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and upkeep of cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and workspaces.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving supplies, and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Apply all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards strictly to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and operations teams, supporting overall organizational efficiency and positivity.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting and multitask between customer and kitchen duties.
• Team-oriented with basic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in food safety practices is beneficial.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake varied responsibilities and contribute across functions.
