Role Overview

The Cashier - Guest Expert serves as the initial point of contact for Knock's clientele, tasked with executing order processing and payment transactions with accuracy while fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position is crucial for seamless front-of-house operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Offer a friendly and positive greeting to guests.
• Enter orders correctly and manage payment processing via the POS system.
• Conduct cash, card, and digital payment transactions precisely.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to guarantee prompt delivery of orders.
• Contribute to the upkeep and tidiness of the service counter area.
• Encourage sales by promoting special menu items and upselling when suitable.
• Address straightforward customer questions or issues, referring complex cases to higher management.
