Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and actively engage with customers in a positive manner.
• Keep the checkout area clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
• Welcome each customer warmly upon arrival.
• Accurately scan or enter product information at checkout.
• Precisely handle cash transactions, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum points.
• Promptly request customers’ PC Optimum Card with every purchase.
• Complete required documentation related to receipts and product returns.
• Manage merchandising tasks such as facing, signing, and labeling designated product sections.
• Adhere strictly to loss prevention procedures and manage cash, lottery, and stamp inventories responsibly.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with the Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, store policies, and procedures.
• Uphold store cleanliness and image standards consistently.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Compensation
