Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every customer with politeness and friendliness.
• Efficiently handle all purchase transactions, including deactivating items in line with the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) program.
• Encourage customer participation in company-sponsored programs such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable campaigns.
• Support customers by assisting with bagging and loading their purchases.
• Adhere to safe work methods, including appropriate lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Safeguard the integrity and security of the cash register through meticulous cash management, following company policies, and remaining alert to surroundings.
• Escalate relevant service or transaction issues to the Customer Service Manager as necessary.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
