We are seeking dedicated Case Managers and Claims Advisors to join our compassionate, purpose-driven team in Newcastle, New South Wales. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of physical and psychological injury claims.
- Establish and maintain empathetic relationships with injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Implement proactive strategies to facilitate timely recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create customized treatment and recovery plans.
- Manage difficult conversations with empathy, confidence, and resilience.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles within medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to excel within a fast-paced, cooperative team environment.
- Proficient computer skills with a capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication capabilities combined with resilience and a customer-centered approach to building rapport.
- Innovation, curiosity, and proactive engagement when working with stakeholders.
