About the Role
Axis Bank is recruiting for the position of CASA Sales Officer on a permanent on-roll basis. This opportunity is based in Madhya Pradesh, offering a monthly salary of ₹19,000 CTC, plus performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 monthly. Candidates with any undergraduate degree can apply, including freshers and experienced individuals. Applicants must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by marketing the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products.
- Lead promotional and marketing initiatives within designated areas to generate business leads.
- Conduct regular local travel to engage with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships to encourage ongoing business.
- Promote cross-selling of additional bank products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to current customers.
- Motivate customers to increase their account deposits.
- Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Complete all mandatory training and certification programs provided by the bank.

The role offers a clearly defined growth path: Sales Officer → Sales Officer I (Fast Track) → Assistant Manager - Sales → Sales Manager, with performance-based promotion opportunities.
Working Schedule
Work aligns with typical banking days, with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
