Job Summary

Cart Attendants play a crucial role in delivering excellent first and last impressions to customers by managing shopping carts efficiently and ensuring their cleanliness. Responsibilities include collecting carts from parking areas, operating necessary equipment to transport carts indoors, and maintaining cart hygiene. This role demands a positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation

• Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27, meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional performance-based incentives are awarded annually or quarterly.
• Extra premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on factors like scheduling, work facility, seasonal demands, or specific duties, with potential to combine multiple premiums.
