Job description
Role Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #7324 located in Huntsville, AL, you will be instrumental in shaping customers' initial and final impressions of our store. Your duties will include collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating equipment to efficiently transfer carts into the store, and ensuring all carts are kept clean and sanitary. This job demands a positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation and Work Schedule
Hourly wages range from $15 to $28, with the actual hourly rate meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage requirements. Additional financial incentives include annual or quarterly performance rewards and premium pay that can vary between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, depending on circumstances such as scheduling, location, seasonal demands, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may be applicable concurrently. Available shifts include mid-shift and closing hours.
