Position Overview
The Cart Attendant role is crucial in shaping customers' first and last impressions at our stores. Responsibilities include retrieving shopping carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts indoors, and keeping carts clean and sanitary. Team members must maintain a positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation Details
- Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27 depending on role and location, meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
- Performance incentives may be awarded annually or quarterly, enhancing total compensation.
- Additional pay premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can apply based on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums stacking.
Shifts & Work Location
Job shifts available are mid-shift and closing hours. The position is located at Walmart Supercenter #639, 150 Altama Connector, Brunswick, Georgia 31525, USA.
