Cart Attendant

Job Summary

As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #5197 located in Owens Cross Roads, AL, your primary role involves managing the shopping carts by collecting them from the parking lot, using equipment to transport them inside the store, and ensuring the carts are clean and sanitary. This position requires maintaining a positive and professional demeanor under all weather conditions to create a welcoming first and last impression for customers.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• The hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.
• Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
• Premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be earned depending on scheduling, facility, season, and specific tasks, with possibility for multiple premiums simultaneously.
• Employment is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
• Shift options include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing shifts.
