Cart Attendant

Position Overview

Cart Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring customers encounter a positive experience upon entering and leaving our stores. They are responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating necessary equipment to transport carts inside the store, and keeping the carts clean and sanitized. This role demands a consistently positive demeanor, even in various weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the wage meeting or surpassing the minimum legal requirement for the location.
• Additional financial incentives are provided, including annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• Extra premium payments may be awarded under specific conditions, such as schedule, location, seasonality, or particular tasks performed, ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met.

Work Schedule and Location

Full-time positions are available with shifts categorized as Opening and Morning at Walmart Supercenter #1070, located at 88 Highland Xing, East Ellijay, GA 30540, USA.
