Role Summary
The Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in shaping customers' first and last impressions by managing shopping carts efficiently and ensuring their cleanliness. Responsibilities include collecting carts from the parking lot, using appropriate equipment to transport carts inside the store, and maintaining their sanitation regardless of weather conditions, requiring a consistently positive attitude.
Compensation Details
- Hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage.
- Additional earnings may come from annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Extra premiums, from $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour, could be awarded based on factors such as shift schedules, location, seasonal demands, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums may apply concurrently.
Work Schedule and Location
- Employment opportunities include both full-time and part-time positions.
- Shifts available: Mid-Shift and Closing.
