Role Overview

The Carpenter will assist the Foreman across all phases of the construction project, aiding with daily tasks to ensure smooth progress.

Responsibilities

• Construct foundations, walls, columns, decks, and perform both rough and finish carpentry including installation of doors, hardware, and millwork.
• Adhere to and support standard operating procedures.
• Engage in and contribute to Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Vigorously uphold and promote company safety policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or GED is required.
• A positive mindset, strong dedication to work, and innovative thinking are essential.

Travel and Work Environment

• Regular travel is required as part of the role.
• Work is primarily outdoors and in all weather conditions, often involving exposure to dust, dirt, and other materials requiring protective gear and respirators.
• Task performance involves frequent activities on elevated structures like ladders and scaffolds.

Physical Demands

This position necessitates regular physical activity including prolonged standing, reaching, walking, using hands to handle tools or controls, and occasionally sitting.
