Job Summary
Narada Constructions Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join their team in Sutherland Shire, NSW. The role focuses on restoration and character residential projects throughout Sydney’s Sutherland Shire area.
Key Responsibilities
- Restore and replicate heritage timber elements including windows, doors, mouldings, and verandahs.
- Perform structural and finishing carpentry tasks on renovation projects.
- Ensure all work aligns with heritage conservation principles and meets National Construction Code (NCC) standards.
Essential Requirements
- Completion of Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience specializing in heritage and restoration carpentry projects.
- Possession of a valid White Card and a current New South Wales driver's licence.
Additional Information
- Position is full-time and based on-site at Sutherland Shire.
- Compensation starts from $79,423 per annum plus superannuation and will be adjusted according to experience.
