Role Overview
As a Caretaker, your duties will span multiple areas including welcoming guests, administrative front desk tasks, grounds and garden upkeep, and maintenance of park facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and brand standards across the park, along with carrying out daily operational activities, including after-hours and on-call support.
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding service to all guests
- Managing front office administration duties
- Maintaining the appearance and health of grounds and gardens
- Conducting maintenance on various park structures and equipment
- Ensuring the park is compliant with all safety regulations and brand policies
- Handling operational tasks throughout the day and during after-hours on-call periods
Candidate Requirements
- Proven background in groundskeeping and property maintenance
- Competent with computer operations
- Skillful and safe use of groundskeeping machinery
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building aptitude
- Experience in pool maintenance is a plus
- A positive outlook with enthusiasm and flexibility
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid driver’s licence is mandatory
